Leadership Development for Inclusive Teams
Duration:

I often tell leaders, "If you build a team where my son could thrive, you will have built a stronger team for everyone." Leadership Development for Inclusive Teams is my way of turning that belief into a focused learning experience for supervisors and executives.
In these interactive sessions, leaders explore how neurodiversity intersects with communication, delegation, feedback, and performance expectations. Through short stories from my family's journey and scenarios drawn from real workplaces, I invite participants to examine reflexes like equating eye contact with respect or speed with competence.
Together, we practice inclusive habits: offering multiple ways to participate in meetings, clarifying priorities, and separating style from results. Leaders leave with a personal action plan, practical checklists, and language they can bring back to their teams.
This workshop fits beautifully into existing leadership programs and can be customized for frontline supervisors, middle managers, or senior leadership cohorts.
