Building Inclusive Company Cultures

Culture is what my son could feel in the first ten minutes of a new job: Were differences welcomed, or merely tolerated? Building Inclusive Company Cultures focuses on shifting that invisible atmosphere so neurodivergent people can exhale and contribute.

Drawing on my experience as a parent advocate and consultant, I guide organizations through an honest look at policies, everyday habits, and unwritten rules. We explore hiring, meetings, communication channels, and social events, always asking, "Who does this unintentionally exclude?"

Through group discussions and story-based teaching, participants map out small but meaningful culture shifts-clearer norms, sensory-aware spaces, transparent career pathways, employee resource groups, and feedback loops that include neurodivergent voices.

The session works well as a strategic kickoff for broader diversity efforts or as a deeper dive following introductory awareness training. I provide a practical culture-change checklist so your team leaves with concrete next steps, not just inspiration.
